We are happy to refund your new Serangkai purchase(s) for another product within 2 weeks of purchase, in store credit. Products must be in new and sealed condition. We will check the returned products before processing any exchanges.
Customers need to create an account for the refund policy to be valid as refunds will be in a form of store credit.
1. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the format below
2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your return instructions
3. Once confirmed, please print and stick the confirmation slip attached and send the package to:

4. Once we've recieved your package, Serangkai team will do another QC to make sure the product is still in new and sealed condition, then your store credit will be automatically topped up.
